TERMS OF SERVICE

I use Stripe and Paypal. Stripe is preferred.By commissioning me, you have agreed to these Terms of Service.

  • I will only start your commission when the full amount is paid upfront. Do not send me payment outside of the invoice I will send.

  • I have 2 months to complete a commission unless discussed otherwise.

  • By default, the image will be saved as a PNG.

  • Art without a paid background will have a single-color, white, or transparent background.

  • My art may NOT in any way, shape, or form be used in anything related to cryptoart, cryptocurrency, NFTs, or AI. I will take action if this is violated.

  • If my slots are full, you can ask to be placed in a queue.

  • Let me know if you want my piece to be private or if it can be posted publicly.

  • Be specific with what you want (references, colors, etc).

  • References do not have to be professional: a quick MS Paint Sketch is just as informational.

  • I retain all rights to my work. (AKA no claiming you made it or own it in any way)

  • I reserve the right to reject or drop a commission for any reason.

  • If you cancel your commission, you may get a refund with a fee deducted that depends on how much time I have invested. If I am almost, if not completely finished and you decide to cancel, you will not get a refund.

  • My work is for personal use only. (AKA do not use it in or to promote any monetized content).

  • You may upload your commission online as long as I am credited.

  • Editing a commission I have made (making it a flag icon for example) is fine as long as I am still credited.

WIP'S:

  • WIPs will be sent for each stage of the commission for feedback.

  • This is both to ensure my own schedule, as well as ensure I understand what you asked for.

  • WIPs can be sent upon request given I have had time to work on your commission.

  • WIPs will be lower resolution than the final image to prevent scams and those who abuse revisions to purposefully distress artists.

REVISIONS:

  • Revisions during the sketch phase are free.

  • After a work proceeds to the lining, coloring, or shading phase, 1 free revision total is afforded.

  • Each further revision is subject to a 10% fee of the price of the base commission.

  • This applies only to major revisions. These include but not limited to; changing numerous small aspects at once, pose changes, major coloring or shading changes, etc.
